We use your information to operate the service: process shipments, surface tracking events, send transactional notifications, prevent fraud, and improve reliability. We do not sell personal information.

We share only what is needed with carriers, customs authorities, payment processors, and service providers acting on our behalf. These parties are contractually bound to protect your data.
Your choices
You can access, correct, export, or delete your account data from your dashboard, or by contacting support. You can opt out of marketing email at any time; transactional shipment messages will continue while you have active shipments.
Data retention
Shipment records are retained for the period required by applicable shipping, tax, and customs regulations. Account profile data is kept while your account is active and deleted on request, subject to legal hold requirements.
